I'm a learning and development professional with a passion for self-discovery and the human experience.

My life's vision is to create a community where folks are free to be their beautiful, messy, authentic selves while learning how to overcome life's challenges, express themselves, and achieve their goals!

Self-fulfillment is a daunting task, and I often find myself in the midst of an existential crisis. I'm unlearning a lot, but also learning how to be my favorite version of myself.

Why This Blog
I have been on a personal journey of mental wellness for over a decade - focusing on shedding my people-pleasing and perfectionist nature, unearthing who Sam really is and what she wants, and learning how to work with my neurodivergent brain.

This road is a difficult one, and I know I don't walk it alone. You don't either. This is where I'll share my own story, along with research and best practices I've learned along the way. My hope is that you will find something that resonates with you and helps you navigate your own path with more alignment.
